Rarely. How do we know our process is stable enough?

A useful test: two different team members, asked independently, can describe the end-to-end client workflow the same way, and the workflow has not changed materially in two consecutive quarters. If either condition fails, the process is not yet stable enough to hard-code into a portal.

What is a lower-risk alternative while we wait?

A scoped status page or shared report for a small number of pilot clients, generated from your existing internal source of truth. It validates demand for transparency without committing to a full portal build.
